Cabal Online PH Girl Gamers Official Board Guidelines

Before using your forum account, please read and understand the board rules and guidelines. Posting in the forums means that you agree to these guidelines and vow to obey them at all times. It also means that you are aware of the penalties that come with breaking the rules and acknowledge them as valid and reasonable.

Official Community Boards

The Official Community Forum of Cabal Online PH Girl Gamers is there to give members a relaxed, friendly, and productive environment to gather in, interact with each other, discuss everything about the scope of the Club and update them about the events being held whether Online or in-real life. In order to achieve and maintain this setting, We now implement the following guidelines:


I. CODE OF CONDUCT
- Read before you post.
- Use your common sense.
- Avoid using obscene, stingy, and/or abusive language.
- Keep feedback constructive and straightforward.
- Be civil and respect the opinions of others.
- Do not go "off topic" posts.
- Respect the Administrators, Moderators as well as your co-members.
- Do not share forum accounts.
- Do not use big font size.
- Do not BRAG that you are a Real Girl Gamer.

II. FORUM NAME RULES
- Avoid impersonating the Cabal PH Girl Gamers Club members.
- Avoid using major religions/religious figures.
- Avoid using ascii characters
- Avoid indecent and vulgar words
- Avoid offensive names
- Avoid long names that clutter the board

III. MESSAGE POSTING

FLAMING Insults and offensive comments, especially those that aim to deceive others and incite fights, will not be tolerated. Flame threads only destroy healthy relationships and positive interaction in the community.

1st Offense ~ Thread/Post deletion
2nd Offense ~ 5 days ban
3rd Offense ~ Account and IP-Address ban

SPAMMING Posting pointless, unrelated, or redundant comments is called spamming and may appear in the form of bumping, double posting, and cross posting. Spamming only clutters the forums and makes discussions confusing.
Bumping ~ Posting unnecessary comments in order to keep a thread on top.
Double Posting ~ multiple or repeated posting to increase post count
Cross Posting ~ posting on multiple sections and/or threads. If you are unsure on
where to post, choose the single most appropriate section of the forum.
Penalty:

2nd Offense ~ 5 days ban
3rd Offense ~ Account and IP-Address ban

HARRASSMENT Relentless posting of offensive, judgmental, racist, sexist, or unfounded comments and accusations against other players, Girl Gamers Member, or groups of people is strictly prohibited. Again, we must treat this forum as a venue for fostering camaraderie among community members. There are proper sections in the forums for your complaints and reports.

1st Offense ~ Thread/Post deletion
2nd Offense ~ 5 days ban
3rd Offense ~ Account and IP-Address ban

IMPERSONATION Pretending or claiming to be an existing Forum Administrators, Game Masters, or e-Games staff with the intent of abusing their influence, authority, or privileges is highly condemned in the forums.
Penalty:
1st Offense ~ Account and IP-Address ban

LEET LANGUAGE AND ALL CAPS USE OF CAPITAL LETTERS in a post is discouraged. You can emphasize a particular word or sentence for clarification and emphasizing a point but not the whole or majority of the post.
Penalty:
1st Offense ~ Send warning
2nd Offense ~ Thread/Post deletion

PERSONAL INFORMATION Posting personal information without the consent of the person or people concerned will be deleted. This includes but is not limited to email address, contact number, photos and account information.
Penalty:
1st Offense ~ Thread/Post deletion
2nd Offense ~ 2 days ban
3rd Offense ~ 5 days ban

PERSONAL AFFAIRS Personal issues and problems concerning other community members or their friends/relatives must not be fought out in the forums. Also, personal transactions that are not related to the topic must be sent through private message or other means other than forum posting. Involving others in your personal disputes will not benefit the community.

MAJOR RELIGIONS / RELIGIOUS FIGURES Posts that include clear or masked language and/or link that negatively portray major religions or religious figures will be penalized.
Penalty:
1st offense ~ Thread/Post deletion
2nd offense ~ 1 day ban
3rd offense ~ 3 to 5 days ban

PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIALS Posts, threads, and/or links that promote sexual acts will be removed immediately. Keep in mind that the e-Games forum community is open for all ages.

1st Offense ~ Thread/Post deletion
2nd Offense ~ 5 days ban
3rd Offense ~ Account and IP-Address ban

IV. IMAGE POSTING

In this case, there are few reminders to follow. We are not strict in image posting, but please be careful and use your coconut shell before posting the image.

SIGNATURES Must not exceed 20KB, 350x150 pixels to avoid the Forum stretching and other dislocation.

SCREENSHOTS Do not edit images/screenshots that you intend to use as discrimination, harassing members and other falsification will be deleted.

AVATARS Avatar images should not impersonate any other members from the Forum.
