My Dell Laptop Keyboard keeps giving me the smallest shocks to my hands? Empty My Dell Laptop Keyboard keeps giving me the smallest shocks to my hands?

In Dell Laptop Keyboard between the keys, If I leave my fingers near the inbetween parts I feel very small shocks. The problem is that they actually hurt and it's getting to be really annoying. Is this normal or is there something I can do to fix it? Should I have to buy a new keyboard such as Sony Laptop Keyboard or Gateway Laptop Keyboard?
